Your SwiftLingo organization is the central hub where you can manage your websites, subscription plan, and team members. This guide provides an overview of the settings available to you.

Organization Settings

What is an Organization?

In SwiftLingo, an organization represents your company or team account. All of your websites, billing information, and team members are contained within this single organization. This structure makes it easy to manage everything from one place, especially if you have multiple websites or team members collaborating on translations.

Accessing Organization Settings

You can access your organization’s settings from the main navigation menu in your dashboard. Look for the “Organization” or “Team” link to get to the settings page.

What You Can Manage

As an Admin of the organization, you have full control over all settings. Here’s what you can do:

  • View and Manage Members: See a list of everyone who has access to your organization, along with their assigned roles. You can invite new members or remove existing ones.
  • Manage Billing and Subscription: Access your billing history, update payment methods, and change your subscription plan to suit your needs.
  • Configure Websites: Add new websites to be translated or manage the settings of your existing sites.
